Job summary

Liberty Vote in Illinois seeks a Technical Lead to own all technical aspects of their territory. You will closely partner with the CSM to ensure customer needs are met, while owning technical requirements and coordinating with EPT, Engineering and Sales.

The role requires deep domain knowledge and a willingness to learn, with opportunities to guide election programming, testing, and certification activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the elections industry, with responsibility for technical aspects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Proven experience delivering software/hardware systems implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own technical aspects of the territory and coordinate with CSM to meet customer needs.
• Act as liaison to EPT, Engineering and Sales to provide jurisdictional guidance.
• Scope projects, plan resources, and drive technical solutions across teams.
• Support election programming, testing, and certification activities as needed.
