The role serves a diverse client base including corporations, trade associations, nonprofits, political committees, candidates, and officeholders.

Qualifications

This role focuses on political and election law counseling, with emphasis on lobbying and gift rule compliance.
Advising on lobbying registration and reporting requirements.
Vetting state and federal political contributions and transfers of value.
Monitoring and reporting on federal and state legislative/regulatory developments.
Serve diverse clients including corporations, trade associations, nonprofits, political committees and candidates.
