Job summary

Dantli Corp is seeking several dynamic Election Judge Trainers to support a large-scale training program in Baltimore County, Maryland. ELECTION JUDGE TRAINER

Baltimore County, Maryland (Temporary Contract Position)
Project Duration: August 2026 through November 2026

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Dantli Corp is seeking several dynamic, professional, and engaging Election Judge Trainers to support a large-scale Election Judge Training Program for Baltimore County, Maryland.

Selected trainers will play a vital role in preparing more than 2,900 Election Judges by delivering instructor-led, in-person training sessions between September and November 2026. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy public speaking, educating adults, and creating an engaging learning environment.

Each training session is approximately three (3) hours in length and follows a standardized curriculum. Trainers will receive comprehensive instructor training, course materials, teaching aids, reference guides, and all necessary resources to ensure a successful and consistent training experience.

Three (3) trainers will facilitate each training session, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality instruction and provide hands‑on learning opportunities for participants.

TRAINING SCHEDULE:

Training sessions are conducted Monday through Saturday during the following time blocks:

  • Session 1: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
  • Session 2: 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
  • Session 3: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)

Trainers may accept as many sessions as their availability permits throughout the project period.

Trainers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to each session.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver engaging, in-person Election Judge training using the approved curriculum.
  • Facilitate interactive, hands‑on learning activities and practical demonstrations.
  • Present information clearly, confidently, and professionally to groups of adult learners.
  • Maintain an organized, energetic, and positive classroom environment.
  • Answer participant questions while adhering to approved training procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow trainers and project leadership to ensure consistent instruction.
  • Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to conduct each scheduled training session.
  • Represent Dantli Corp and the client with the highest level of professionalism.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
  • Strong presentation and classroom facilitation abilities.
  • Professional appearance with appropriate business attire and excellent personal hygiene.
  • Ability to engage and instruct large groups of adult learners.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules, procedures, or classroom needs.
  • Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to follow standardized training materials and instructional guidelines.
  • Must report to work free from the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that could impair performance.

Previous teaching, training, coaching, facilitation, customer service, military instruction, or public speaking experience is highly preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION:

$200 per completed training session

Trainers are compensated for each successfully completed training session and may work multiple sessions per day and multiple days per week, based on scheduling needs and trainer availability.
