Job summary

Dantli Corp is seeking several dynamic Election Judge Trainers to support a large-scale training program in Baltimore County, Maryland. Each session runs for about three hours and trainers work with a team to cover multiple scheduled sessions. Selected trainers will prepare more than 2,900 Election Judges between September and November 2026, with sessions Monday through Saturday and times spanning 9:00 a.m.

to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong presentation and classroom facilitation abilities.
• Professional appearance with appropriate business attire and hygiene.
• Ability to engage and instruct large groups of adult learners.
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, in-person Election Judge training using the approved curriculum.
• Facilitate interactive, hands-on learning activities and demonstrations.
• Present information clearly, confidently, and professionally to adult learners.
• Maintain an organized, energetic classroom environment.
• Answer participant questions while adhering to training procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and leadership to ensure consistent instruction.
• Arrive prepared, on time, and ready for each session.
• Represent Dantli Corp and the client professionally.
