Job summary

SSRS is seeking reliable Survey Interviewers for Election Day. Interviewers will approach voters exiting polling locations to invite them to complete an anonymous survey and will collect responses and report results to strengthen research insights.

The assignment runs on Election Day (Tuesday, November 3, 2026) as a 12–13 hour in-person shift, with required virtual training beforehand. Compensation is provided for the day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable engaging voters exiting polling locations.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Reliable transportation to polling locations.
• Must participate in online training and rehearsal call.
• Punctual, dependable, and professional.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and stay active for long shifts (12–13 hours).

Responsibilities

• Pass out anonymous surveys to voters exiting polling locations.
• Collect and tally survey responses.
• Call in or report results as instructed.
• Receive and return project materials after the assignment.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the project.
