Job summary

SSRS is seeking Election Day Survey Interviewers for a temporary contract assignment in the United States. Interviewers will approach voters exiting polling locations to invite them to complete an anonymous survey.

Typical shift runs 12–13 hours, with in-person work at assigned polling locations. No prior political experience required; training is provided online before Election Day. Compensation of $300 for the assignment is paid approximately three weeks after materials are submitted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable approaching voters from a respectful distance as they exit the polling place.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned polling location.
• Must participate in a required online training session and rehearsal phone call.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and professional.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout a 12-13 hour assignment.
• Date: Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
• Shift: Poll Open to Poll Close (approximately 12-13 hours depending on state).
• Work Location: In Person.
• Training: Completion of a required virtual training session and rehearsal call prior to Election Day. (Approximately less than 1 hour).
• Payment: Payment will be processed approximately three weeks after all required materials have been received.
