Job summary

SSRS is seeking reliable Survey Interviewers to work on Election Day as a temporary contract. Interviewers approach voters exiting polling locations and invite them to complete an anonymous survey, then collect and tally responses.

Role requires outdoor endurance, punctuality, and professional conduct. Training is provided online; expect a 12–13 hour shift and payment issued about three weeks after materials are received.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable approaching voters from a respectful distance as they exit the polling place.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned polling location.
• Must participate in a required online training session and rehearsal phone call.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and professional.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout a 12-13 hour assignment.
• Date: Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
• Shift: Poll Open to Poll Close (approximately 12-13 hours depending on state).
• Location: Assigned polling location in or near the listed community.
• Work Location: In Person.
• Training: Completion of a required virtual training session and rehearsal call prior to Election Day.
• Payment: Payment will be processed approximately three weeks after all required materials have been received.
