Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an Election Clerk to join our team in Kaneohe, HI. This is a full-time, on-site role with daytime hours 7:45am to 4:30pm. You will answer voter questions, gather registrations, assist with ballots, and handle data entry and voting machine support.

Strong customer service experience (6+ months) and a high school diploma are required. Bilingual Ilocano or Chinese skills are a plus, and physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions related to voting, both in person and over the phone.
• Gather voter registration applications from various public and private agencies.
• Assist with mailing out ballots and handling the return of absentee ballots.
• Handle various data entry duties.
• Assist voters with ballots and voting machines.
• Validate and audit voter applications and replacement ballot requests.
• Assist with the training and recruitment of employees.
• Other duties as assigned
