Job summary

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii, part of Array Corporation, seeks an Election Clerk to join a growing team in Kaneohe, HI to assist with voter questions, registrations, ballot mailing, and data entry.

This on-site, full-time contract role requires 6 months of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Schedule is 7:45am–4:30pm; pay is $18.50–$20/hour; training will be provided; Ilocano or Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience is required.
• Training on specific tasks will be provided.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions related to voting, in person or by phone.
• Gather voter registration applications from agencies.
• Assist with mailing ballots and handling absentee ballots returns.
• Handle various data entry duties.
• Assist voters with ballots and voting machines.
• Validate and audit voter applications and replacement ballot requests.
• Assist with training and recruitment of employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
