Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Honolulu is seeking an Elections Clerk for a full-time, short-term assignment at the Airport. You will handle data entry, voter support, and general office tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Candidates must be available for the entire assignment period and be in-state. The role requires accurate alpha-numeric data entry, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Typing at least 35 words per minute with accuracy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alpha-numeric data entry experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work overtime as required.
• Trustworthy and reliable; able to handle confidential voter information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and data entry tasks related to voter registration and election processing.
• Answer questions and provide customer service support to voters and the public.
• Accurately enter and process alpha numeric data while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions and meet strict deadlines.
• Assist with election day operations and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive voter information.
