Kelly is seeking reliable Clerical Associates to assist with ballot processing, document verification, and tabulation for a major union election. The role offers on-site work in a controlled office setting with on-the-job training provided by experienced staff.

You will handle envelopes and ballots, verify data, and support tabulation efforts on the specified dates. This short-term assignment emphasizes accuracy, punctuality, and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior clerical or data-entry experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in manual paperwork.
• Able to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Punctual and dependable for all project days.

Responsibilities

• Open, sort, and inspect envelopes and returned election materials.
• Extract, review, and prepare paper ballots for processing.
• Scan documents and enter verified election data into computer systems.
• Check voter eligibility, cross-reference rosters, and verify batch counts.
• Assist with official ballot tabulation beginning October 6.
• Package, box, seal, and catalog materials during final breakdown on October 9.
