Job summary

ABB in Mebane, North Carolina seeks a Training/Process Support role to optimize production processes, define cycle times, and train staff during start-ups.

You will prepare technical documentation and share cycle time data with internal teams, ensuring up-to-date process information for SCM and supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Participates in sequence definition, cycle time calculation, and analysis of the working phases of new production processes/products.
• Shares cycle time data with internal teams.
• Prepares technical documentation regarding the process phases, related methods, and cycle times.
• Supports production during start-ups by training indirect and direct staff.
• Ensures updated process and technical documentation are provided to SCM teams to support supplier evaluations and proper supplier agreements.
• Participates in the definition of action plans, training of relevant Maintenance and Production teams, and other support activities during the internal/external process and equipment start-up.

Your role and responsibilities:
