Job summary

The Sac and Fox Tribe of Iowa is hiring a Meskwaki Elders Circle Coordinator to oversee alternative dispute resolution services. This role involves coordinating cases, writing reports, and maintaining confidentiality in all dealings.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree, administrative experience, and strong communication skills. Additional preferences include experience with Native communities and mediation certification. The position requires attendance at monthly meetings and travels as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of administrative experience including customer service.
• Experience working with Native Communities & Indian Tribal organizations is preferred.
• Knowledgeable and proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all alternative dispute resolution services.
• Develops and submits monthly reports of activities.
• Tracks and maintains policies and procedures for MEC referrals.
