Job summary

Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in MA or NH.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and strong organizational abilities.
- Strong legal research and writing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload including Estate Planning, Guardianships, Conservatorships, Probate Administration, MassHealth.
- Organize and provide case updates on client files.
- Draft, format, and edit legal documents as assigned.
- File in various courts.
- Conduct legal research.
- Attend networking events on behalf of the firm and contribute cases.
- Assist with marketing (blog posts, presentations, etc.).
- Communicate with court personnel and scheduling departments.
