Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of probate and trust settlement experience; firm growth may expand scope.
• Active Massachusetts bar admission required; JD is essential.
• Experience with drafting probate and trust documents and tax returns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage estate administration, probate, and trust settlement cases from start to finish.
• Prepare and file Massachusetts estate tax returns, Federal estate tax returns (706/709).
• Prepare, review, and submit probate forms and court documents.

Juris Doctor (JD)
