QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Barclay House of Carrollton to support assisted living and memory care residents. The role involves providing companionship, assisting with daily living activities like bathing and feeding, and keeping residents engaged. A High School Diploma/GED is required along with a caring heart and flexibility to work various shifts. Experience with older adults is preferred. Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports assisted living and memory care residents.
• Reports changes in health and status of residents.
• Assists with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed.
• Engages residents in activities.
