Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Barclay at Whiskey Rd. to support assisted living residents during a night shift (11PM–7AM).

Responsibilities include companionship, daily living activities, health status reporting, and memory improvement programs, with light housekeeping and meal assistance as needed. Requirements include a caring attitude, High School Diploma or GED, and preferred CNA certification and CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• Flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with activities of daily living.
• Report changes in health and status and complete daily data sheets.
• Assist residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with dining as needed and help keep residents engaged.
• Support residents to stay engaged and happy.

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for The Barclay at Whiskey Rd.

SHIFT: 11PM - 7AM

Primary Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:

• Supports our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Requirements

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement
• CPR/First Aid, preferred
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred
