We Are Legal Revolution in Los Angeles is seeking an Elder Abuse Litigation Attorney to handle serious elder abuse and wrongful death matters, with genuine case ownership from investigation through trial.

You will work with medical records, facility documentation and expert witnesses, managing pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation in a fast-growing plaintiff-side practice focused on vulnerable adults and families.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Plaintiff-side elder abuse, wrongful death or complex litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediations & trials.
• Work with experts, medical records & facility documentation.
• Represent clients involving nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals & rehabilitation facilities.
