CollegeSpring is a nationwide nonprofit focused on test prep for students influenced by poverty. The Digital Curriculum Manager for ELAR will lead vision, design, and execution of high-quality digital curriculum that equips teachers and students for college readiness assessments and beyond.

This role blends strategy with hands-on leadership, guiding a team of staff and contractors while aligning with equity and usability goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of ELAR curriculum development experience.
• 2+ years ELAR instructional experience (grades 6-12).
• Familiarity with standardized assessments (SAT, ACT, TSIA2).
• Demonstrated success managing curriculum portfolios and leading cross-functional projects.
• Deep knowledge of ELAR pedagogy, college and career readiness standards, and assessment design.
• Experience with AI-enhanced curriculum tools or adaptive content design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of ELAR digital curriculum aligned to college readiness assessments.
• Shape and execute the ELAR product roadmap across the organization’s initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end development of ELAR curriculum products including lessons, assessments, and teacher guides.
• Ensure content differentiation and accessibility, WCAG 2.1 compliance, and brand alignment.
