Qualifications

• SEI endorsement or completion required by end of first year.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in charter or district school settings serving diverse demographics is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead a classroom where students are affirmed for brilliance, curiosity, and intellect.
• Design and deliver standards-aligned courses and curricular units.
• Provide regular feedback to strengthen student mastery of learning targets.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and specialists to meet diverse learner needs.
• Use data to provide targeted interventions and monitor progress.
• Support families through regular communication and community engagement.
• Participate in professional development and reflective practice.
• Attend to school duties (coverage, bus, lunch, dismissal) as needed.

Bachelor's degree
