Job summary

Curriculum Associates seeks a Professional Learning Specialist (ELA) to support district-wide adoption of Ready and i-Ready. You will deliver targeted professional development, provide in-classroom coaching, and analyze data to improve instruction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in ELA or related field, 2+ years of ELA teaching or coaching, and willingness to travel up to 80% to work with schools and districts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ELA or ELA education required or equivalent.
• Experience leading professional development with school and district leaders.
• Background in teaching ELA or coaching ELA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted professional development for teachers, coaches, and leaders.
• Offer ongoing in-classroom support and coaching across districts.
• Analyze data to inform instructional decisions and PD plans.
• Manage daily PD projects and coordinate with district and site leaders.
• Develop and revise annual professional development plans and schedules.
