Job summary

practicebenefitscorp is seeking Education Champions to tutor students in grades 3–8, focusing on ELA and Math test-prep. You’ll work one-on-one or in small groups, delivering engaging, personalized learning strategies and collaborating with teachers to help urban students reach their potential.

We offer a flexible schedule (10-35 hours per week) and competitive pay ($25–$27 per hour) for in-person programs, with a possible program completion bonus up to 10% of total earnings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in Education or a related field with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for student support.
• Ability to adapt tutoring to individual student needs.

About the Job:

Tutors deliver targeted ELA and Math test-preparation intervention for students in grades 3–8 who are living in temporary housing. The program will run onTuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
