Ridgefield Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable English Learner (EL) Tutor to support multilingual learners in their academic growth and language development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Connecticut English Language Proficiency (CELP) Standards, the ability to interpret LAS Links scores, and the skills to provide targeted instruction in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. This role requires a collaborative and flexible approach to working with students, teachers, and school staff to ensure equitable access to the curriculum.
This is a flexible, part-time position with hours determined based on student needs.
Rate of pay is $28.75/hr.
