Job summary

Imperial Companies is seeking a diligent maintenance technician to service and maintain vending equipment across client locations. You will respond to service calls, set up machines, and perform preventive maintenance while ensuring reliable, World Class service to our customers.

The role requires mechanical and/or electrical background, willingness to travel, and participation in on-call rotations including nights and weekends. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical background from work or formal training.
• Willingness to travel to client locations to service equipment.
• On-call rotation including weekends, nights, and early morning service calls.
• Willingness to work in non-climate controlled shop environment.
• Strong integrity, innovation, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls and diagnose issues with vending equipment.
• Setup of various vending equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Provide World Class Service to maintain client relations.
• Drive company vehicle in all weather elements.
• Load/unload 100+ pounds of equipment to and from client sites.
• Use hand tools, pallet jacks, and forklifts as needed.
• Be on time and participate in training.
