Job summary

Imperial is seeking a field service technician in Las Cruces, NM to service vending equipment and perform preventative maintenance. You will setup machines, travel to client locations, and contribute to delivering World Class Service by solving issues on site.

The role involves driving a company vehicle, handling 100+ lbs loads, and working in varying weather. Training will be provided, with weekends included in rotation.

• Mechanical and/or electrical background.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Willingness to work on on-call rotation including weekends.
• Strong problem solving and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls and maintenance issues with vending equipment.
• Setup of various vending equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Provide World Class Service helping team and customers to improve relations.
• Drive company vehicle to client locations; lift and load 100+ pounds.
• Use of hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, and lift gates.
• Be on time and present; participate in training.
