Job summary

Imperial is seeking a service technician to maintain and repair vending machines across client sites in the Oklahoma region. You will diagnose issues, set up equipment, and perform preventative maintenance while ensuring reliable operation and customer satisfaction.

The role requires willingness to travel to client locations, operate lifting equipment, and participate in on-call rotations including weekends and holidays. Training is provided and safety is valued.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Background in small appliance repair or electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a non-climate controlled shop environment.
• Willingness to travel to client locations to service equipment and installs.
• Integrity, innovation, responsibility, growth orientation and attention to detail are valued.

Responsibilities

• Attend to service calls to diagnose and repair vending equipment issues.
• Setup of machines and ensure they are working properly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Improve and maintain client relations through excellent service.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays.
• Manage parts and tool inventories and assist with vehicle usage.
