Job summary

El Paso, Texas | Civil and Electrical Infrastructure I $300M Data Center Project | | Fully Onsite

The Opportunity

We are working with a rapidly growing construction business that is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major $300M-scale data center project in El Paso, Texas.

This is a senior leadership position within the project team, with responsibility for driving project delivery, managing multiple functions and leading a sizeable team in a fast-moving construction environment.

Project Scope

The project includes significant civil, underground and electrical infrastructure, including:

• Heavy civil construction
• Dirt and concrete
• Underground utility infrastructure
• Full-campus underground conduit installation
• Underground conduit and duct banks
• Conduit installation into buildings
• Electrical terminations
• Potential future involvement in interconnection and substation work

What You'll Be Doing

As Senior Project Manager, you will:

Transferable backgrounds will also be considered. Candidates from oil & gas, industrial construction or other complex infrastructure environments may be a strong fit, particularly where they have managed large projects with significant civil, underground and electrical scopes.

The Person

This is a hands-on Senior Project Manager position for someone who enjoys being close to the project and the people delivering it.

You should be commercially strong, operationally minded and comfortable making decisions in an environment where priorities can change quickly.

This is a fully onsite position in El Paso, Texas. The ability and willingness to work onsite is essential.
