Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of LEP student experience preferred.
• Knowledge of WIDA ELD Standards for grades 6-8.
• Understanding of effective ELD instructional practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in English or related field; ENL license required or pursuing.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct ELD support 100% of the school day for LEP students.
• Assist instructional staff with ELD instruction at building level.
• Analyze and review EL student assessment data with bilingual teams.
• Identify materials and support instruction and parent involvement.
• Lead and model exemplary ELD practices across the school.
