Pay Range

$20.00 – $30.00 per hour. Actual earnings vary based on factors such as restaurant location, experience, education, hours worked, and overtime pay.

Position Purpose

Greet guests, take orders courteously, and process payments efficiently.

Reporting Line

Reports to the Assistant and General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow food handling and safety procedures.
• Manage cash register, including counting cash before and after shifts.
• Greet guests, take orders, and upsell where appropriate.
• Use POS system to enter orders, correct mistakes, and communicate issues to management.
• Handle payments accurately and provide receipts.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing questions and correcting mistakes promptly.
• Maintain order flow at the drive-thru and communicate effectively using wireless systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area.
• Assist and train new cashiers as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
