Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health seeks an EKG Supervisor to lead the EKG department, Stress Testing, and Holter monitoring across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will mentor technicians, optimize workflows, and ensure patient safety and timely cardiac assessments.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical cardiovascular expertise, and adherence to hospital policies, with opportunities to influence process improvements and departmental quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a staff technologist in cardiovascular care.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; EKG certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the EKG, Stress Testing, and Holter across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Supervise clinical staff, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Partner with managers to develop policies, budgets, and staffing plans.
