QUALIFICATIONS

• +5 years of proven experience in digital marketing agencies or related environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships in both English and Spanish.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to convert business goals into marketing solutions.
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce knowledge a plus).
• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics.
• Understanding of digital advertising ecosystems including social, programmatic, and content platforms.
• Experience managing external teams or collaborators to ensure efficient execution.
• Positive, "can-do" attitude with a relentless focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Experience in the Health Care sector is a plus.
