Qualifications

• 0-4 years of civil engineering experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Engineering Intern (E.I.) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams on water resources and municipal projects.
• Develop business by building client relationships and assisting with proposals.
• Collaborate with clients, operators, regulatory and funding agencies, and contractors on project requirements.
• Attend client meetings and participate in public meetings.
• Perform periodic fieldwork including construction observation and site visits.
• Coordinate with PE, EI, drafters, funding team, and construction observers.
