Job summary

Wiley|Wilson invites an early-career Civil EIT to join our Virginia or North Carolina offices (Alexandria, Richmond, Raleigh, Lynchburg). You will contribute to site development projects for government and private clients while growing your civil engineering career in a 100-percent employee-owned firm.

Under licensed engineers, you’ll design grading, drainage, hydrology and utilities; prepare stormwater calculations and drawings; participate in field investigations; and assist with construction

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Civil Engineering experience
• ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification; able to obtain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of grading, drainage, hydrology, and utilities for site development.
• Prepare stormwater management calculations, reports, and design drawings.
• Participate in field investigations and construction administration services.
• Collaborate with licensed engineers and clients across multiple markets and geographies.
