Job summary

Wiley|Wilson invites early-career Civil EITs to join our Civil Engineering team across Virginia and North Carolina offices, including Richmond, Raleigh, Lynchburg, and Alexandria. You will design civil systems, gain exposure to local, federal, and state projects, and advance under licensed Engineers while developing stormwater and site design expertise.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of civil engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• EIT certification and Autodesk Civil 3D experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design of grading, drainage, hydrology, and utilities for site development.
• Prepare stormwater management calculations, reports, and design drawings.
• Participate in field investigations and construction administration services.
• Work under licensed Engineers across multiple markets and geographies.
