Time to step up your career! We are hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our passionate Food Services Team. You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, and collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth service. We look forward to supporting your growth and passion in this role.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production packets, including sheets and recipes.
  2. Direct daily activities within the food service operation.
  3. Maintain food safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department standards.
  4. Ensure safe and organized storage of food items.
  5. Maintain serving schedules and ensure food is served per menu specifications following company policies.
  6. Ensure the department complies with health and safety regulations.
  7. Maintain accurate weekly inventory records.
  8. Prepare orders as needed to meet production requirements.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote teamwork and morale.
  10. Maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Train and mentor food service staff.
  12. Keep logs of equipment maintenance and food safety/temperature checks, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  13. Perform preventative maintenance and recommend equipment replacements.
  14. Demonstrate proficiency in multi-tasking.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  16. Fill in for absent employees as needed.
  17. Coordinate and ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering events.
  18. Attend staff meetings and maintain effective communication with team members.
  19. Perform cashier duties if required.
  20. Promote positive public relations.

Qualifications
