The Supervisor, Inventory & Invoicing plays a key role in the success of our Louisville manufacturing and distribution operations. This position leads the daily invoicing team and administers the facility’s cycle count program, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved. This hands-on leadership role is essential to maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting financial processes, and delivering exceptional service.
This onsite position is based out of Koroseal’s Louisville manufacturing /distribution facility and reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Shift:
1st Shift ( 7 am- 4 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and maintain a safe work environment; provide safety training and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Lead the invoicing team to accurately state customer charges across all product categories.
Digitally and physically archive supporting documentation in accordance with internal controls.
Administer the cycle count program for finished goods and raw materials, maintaining accuracy above 98%.
Reconcile and audit freight invoices from providers and submit for payment processing.
Audit inventory counts, investigate variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing , and accounting teams to support customer billing and inventory adjustments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across assigned areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications :
1–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or accounting environment.
High school diploma required ; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to follow-through.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Reliable attendance and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Technology focused mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
Forklift certification or willingness to complete certification.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Must pass a physical, drug screening, and background check
