Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist to support young learners during a maternity leave coverage period in Wisconsin. This full-time role serves EC-3rd grade students with essential speech and language services for about 8 weeks, starting in late October.

You’ll deliver direct therapy in a 3:1 service model, complete assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with school staff to support language, articulation, and social communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in SLP and state licensure required.
• CCC-SLP or CFY welcome.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy sessions using a 3:1 service model—three weeks direct, one week consult/documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and collaborate with educational team members.
• Support a diverse caseload; Fridays may be lighter, with potential for shortened hours.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to foster language, articulation, and social communication growth.
• Maintain comprehensive records and communicate progress with staff and families.
