Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Rep for Commercial Construction (EIFS) in the Minneapolis/St Paul Metro area.

You will secure and grow relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and distributors, managing revenue, margins, and product mix within the Twin Cities geography. The role requires living in the Minneapolis/St Paul area, travel within the territory, and deep knowledge of EIFS, cladding options and related construction practices.

Qualifikationen

• Two plus years related experience in commercial construction industry (as per job description).
• Knowledge of EIFs, facades, stucco application is a plus.
• Ability to travel extensively within territory and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and forecasts.
• Develop and manage key architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and end-users in Twin Cities Metro.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities across assigned territory.
• Prepare annual strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
• Deliver technical collateral, presentations, and product knowledge training.
