Job summary

Amrize Building Envelope is seeking an EHSS Regional Manager to lead environmental, health, safety and sustainability efforts for the Florence, KY region. You will implement policies, train staff, and drive compliance across sites, aligning with company standards.

The role requires 8+ years of EHSS experience, a relevant degree, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Local travel and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years environmental, safety and health experience.
• Strong leadership and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate EHSS programs across multiple facilities to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
• Develop and implement environmental health and safety policies and training to minimize risks.
• Monitor and report EHSS metrics to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Advise on regulatory matters and coordinate inspections with regulatory bodies.
• Drive the ISO 14001 implementation and oversee incident reporting and action plans.
