Job summary

Integer is a global manufacturer seeking an experienced EHSS leader to drive site environmental, health, safety, and security initiatives at our Buffalo, NY facility. You will partner with operations, quality, HR, IT, engineering, and legal to raise standards and protect our associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHSS or related field.
• Experience leading site EHSS initiatives and programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations and related standards.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation knowledge.
• Certifications such as CSP or CIH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHSS initiatives to meet/exceed goals.
• Serve as SME on EHSS matters; interpret and summarize regulations for site.
• Lead EHSS program via safety committees, audits, and improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, IT, Engineering, Legal, R&D, and Finance.
• Manage daily/weekly EHSS reporting and mentor staff.
