Job summary

Med-National Staffing Inc. seeks an experienced Plant Operations Supervisor - EHSS in Warsaw, IN to develop and maintain environmental, health, safety, and security programs within a manufacturing setting.

You will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure regulatory compliance and protect people and assets. Responsibilities include audits, incident investigations, training delivery, and driving continuous safety improvements while partnering with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of leadership experience in EHSS within a manufacturing environment
• Strong OSHA/EPA regulatory knowledge and compliance focus
• Preferred CSP, CIH, or similar professional certification

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive EHSS programs and systems
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regulations
• Conduct workplace assessments and audits to identify hazards
• Lead investigations of incidents and environmental events
• Develop and deliver EHSS training for employees and leaders
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous safety improvement
• Maintain EHSS records, permits and compliance documentation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate EHSS into operations
