Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is partnering with a manufacturing company in the Greater Indianapolis area to identify and evaluate an Environmental Health and Safety Manager.

The role leads safety and environmental initiatives for a major plant, ensuring OSHA compliance, injury prevention, and audits. You will manage environmental permitting and sustainability projects while guiding a safety-focused culture and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in safety/environmental management.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing safety/environmental programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and injury prevention.
• Experience leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental programs across the manufacturing operation.
• Oversee OSHA compliance, injury prevention, training, and audits.
• Manage environmental compliance, permitting, and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead a team and partner with cross-functional leadership to drive safety culture.
