Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life science, business, finance or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in EHS, including experience as an audit lead/auditor.
• ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 lead auditor trained and certified.
• Expert knowledge of EHS management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PSM, etc.).
• Experience in a global matrixed organization and diverse regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and improve the EHSS global audit program per roadmap.
• Lead audits to evaluate effectiveness of EHSS mgmt systems and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with EHS leaders to ensure cEHSS compliance and ISO surveillance.
• Supervise external auditors and manage registrars and audit partners.
• Develop and deliver guidance materials to build EHSS risk identification capabilities.
• Lead adoption of digital solutions to evolve a data-driven audit program.
