Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, life sciences, business, finance or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in EHS, including audit lead/auditor roles.
• Experience building and leading global audit programs with leadership communication.
• Lead auditor certifications: ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the EHSS global audit program per the roadmap.
• Conduct audits evaluating effectiveness of EHSS management systems and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with EHS management systems leads to ensure cEHS compliance.
• Manage external auditors and registrar, and coordinate with external parties.
• Embed sustainability assurance criteria within the EHSS audit program.
• Deliver CAPAs timely and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Develop guidance and training to build EHSS risk identification capability.
• Lead third-party due diligence and leverage AI to evolve the audit process.
