Qualifications

• 5–10 years of direct experience in the safety profession, with emphasis on training, hazard identification and program development.
• Proven experience delivering safety training in classroom and virtual environments.
• Strong project and time management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Customer‑focused approach with strong relationship‑building capabilities.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging safety training programs (HAZWOPER 8/24, OSHA 10/30 General Industry, NFPA 70E).
• Assist clients with developing, implementing and maintaining core safety programs (Emergency Action Plans, Lockout/Tagout, PPE).
• Perform hazard assessments and site inspections; generate written reports with corrective actions and recommendations.
• Coordinate and manage training schedules and consulting engagements aligned to client proposals.
• Ensure timely completion of internal admin tasks including time tracking, expense reporting and documentation.
