Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an EHS Training Administrator to oversee the company’s training program, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements. You will partner with EHS experts, leaders, and L&D to keep training accurate, current, and well governed across the organization.

The role emphasizes governance rather than delivering training, with a focus on data, documentation, and continuous improvement within a high-stakes defense tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years administering compliance or EHS training programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT and regulatory training requirements.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience maintaining training records in regulated environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise administrator for the company’s EHS training program.
• Develop and maintain the corporate EHS training matrix for all job roles and locations.
• Coordinate content with subject matter experts, regulatory specialists, and instructional designers.
• Ensure training aligns with federal, state, local, and company requirements.
• Assign required training to employees through the LMS.
• Monitor completion rates and follow up with managers and employees to ensure compliance.
• Maintain training records for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Track initial, recurring, annual, and refresher training requirements.
• Create compliance dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership.
• Audit training records for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage training version control and document retention.
• Coordinate training for new equipment, processes, and regulatory updates.
• Continuously improve training processes, workflows, and system utilization.
• Serve as the primary administrator for EHS training systems.
• Support audits by providing qualifications, status, and materials.
