Qualifications

• 5–10 years of direct safety experience with training and program development.
• Experience delivering safety training in classroom and virtual formats.
• Ability to assess site hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
• Strong project and time management with multitasking ability.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver safety training programs including HAZWOPER 8/24, OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E.
• Assist clients with core safety programs: Emergency Action Plans, Lockout/Tagout, Hazard Communication, PPE, Bloodborne Pathogens.
• Perform hazard assessments and site inspections with written reports and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and manage training schedules and engagements per client proposals.
• Ensure timely completion of internal administrative tasks including time tracking and expense reporting.
