Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Training Coordinator to implement, maintain, and coordinate training matrices across multiple facilities, including Grenada. You will schedule training, ensure document retention, and coordinate with various departments to keep training records current.

Responsibilities include auditing competency, maintaining OJT and EHS training matrices, and potentially delivering classroom sessions.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, Excel and Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work all 3 shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd).
• Travel: 0-10%.

Position Description

The incumbent will have responsibility for implementing, maintaining and coordinating training matrix, scheduling and coordinating training, as well as document retention. As a training coordinator you will be required to coordinate with various departments and multiple facilities to establish and maintain schedules.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, Excel and Office. A skill test assessment is administered to assist in applicant selection.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work all 3 shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd)
• Travel: 0-10%.

The salary range for this position is estimated in good faith to be $60k-$72k. The specific offer will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and other job-related considerations but will be within the stated range.
