Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety from an accredited institution.
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship required.
• Experience in manufacturing EHS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive EHS programs to meet regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Support site EHS&S targets and MESH plan initiatives.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for environmental, safety, and health risks.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with air, land, and water regulations.
• Contribute to deployment of EHS management systems (ISO 14001, MESH).
• Maintain accurate EHS documentation and reporting.
