Job summary

Eaton’s Power Reliability Division is hiring an Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Analyst for the South Milwaukee, WI facility. The role focuses on developing and driving EHS programs to meet regulatory and corporate requirements and to foster a Zero Incident Safety culture.

The candidate will support EHS processes, manage regulatory compliance, and participate in the deployment of EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, MESH).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) or a related discipline.
• Must reside within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI or be eligible for no-relocation benefits.
• U.S. work authorized without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: hands-on EHS internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS, safety, and regulatory programs to meet corporate requirements.
• Contribute to a culture of Zero Incident Safety.
• Maintain EHS targets and objectives (MESH Plan) and drive risk mitigation actions.
• Assist in implementing EHS management systems (ISO 14001, MESH).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
